The tru’ art of defence:
It is the goal of Ravenwood combat arts to develop warrior skills and a warrior’s mindset. To do this we have taken skills from the east and honed them with the philosophy of our western ancestors. We honour warriors from all cultures and backgrounds as we are a true melting pot of warrior culture.
Nine Noble Virtues: In the past warriors from northern Europe followed a code that is as just as important now as it was then. In this age of dishonour it is perhaps even more important to follow such a code. The nine noble virtues are as follows;
Our forefathers taught us that a warrior without a code of honour is like a rabid wolf and should be avoided or destroyed. The skills of the warrior should only be passed to those who deserve, because they are honourable and hard working. This is the immutable philosophy and standard of Ravenwood Combat Arts.
